THE IDEA IS SIMPLE
A place to push your craft,
and see what you’re capable of.
Choose your medium, find a brief that sparks something, and review its rules, fee, and prize calculation before you enter.
Create original work yourself. No generated submissions. You retain ownership; a limited permission would let us judge and showcase your entry.
The proposed judging process uses published criteria and anonymized entries. Skill and craft decide the cash awards. Artists’ Choice is separate community recognition.
THE WORK DESERVES A STAGE
The winner and runner-up both receive a prize and a place in our planned showcase.
COMMUNITY CHOICE RECOGNITION
Follow artists. Talk about their work. When leagues open, eligible entrants will choose an Artists’ Choice Spotlight in other leagues.

We’re building CreateLeague to give artists a reason to begin,
a deadline to finish, and a community to grow with.
GOOD QUESTIONS
A separate, noncash spotlight chosen by recent entrants. An accepted contest entry in the 30 days before voting opens gives you one vote in each other league where you have no work or creative involvement. Voting lasts seven days; cash results are locked beforehand. Private drafts and shared portfolio pieces do not unlock voting.
Not yet. This is our Coming Soon preview. Explore the proposed leagues, mission, money, showcase, and community. Entries, uploads, profiles, comments, follows, voting, and payments are all closed until launch.
No. League submissions must be human-created. Generative AI outputs, AI-written stories, and AI-generated music or images are not eligible. Artists may be asked for process evidence. Ordinary editing tools are subject to the final discipline-specific rules. Promotional art on this preview is labeled separately.
The planned system closes a league at 500 confirmed entries and opens a separate league with its own prize pool and rules. Entries are never silently moved into another competition. This payment-driven rollover is not active in the preview.
The CreateLeague team will initially judge using published rubrics and conflict-of-interest rules. Future guest judges will be paid from CreateLeague’s share. Judges and staff cannot enter contests they administer.
Our future proposal awards 60% to the winner and 10% to the runner-up and assigns 5% to a verified eligible charity selected by the winner, leaving 25% for the site. Charity selection, agreements, legal requirements, and receipts must be in place before this feature launches.
The intended audience is U.S. residents who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority in their state. Paid leagues will exclude anyone residing in or physically located in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, or Vermont. Other states still require legal approval, and everyone must pass eligibility verification. Registration and entries remain closed everywhere.
